Throughout the session, Michelle creates a continuous live sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and harmonic frequencies. These vibrations soothe the nervous system, soften emotional tension and guide you into a deeply receptive state.

Within this soundscape, Andrew facilitates a gentle Life Force Activation — an intuitive energetic transmission that helps clear stagnant energy, dissolve blockages and reconnect you with your natural inner vitality. Breathwork and subtle touch may be used to support the flow of energy.

As sound, breath and energy work combine, you may experience emotional release, warmth, tingling, intuitive insights, deep relaxation or gentle movement. Every journey is unique and unfolds safely at your own pace.

You’ll be held from start to finish in an uninterrupted wave of sound, allowing the activation to integrate smoothly and naturally.

Michelle — Sound Healing Practitioner

Michelle offers a calming, nurturing presence through her continuous live sound bath. Using crystal bowls, chimes and vibrational instruments, she creates a therapeutic soundscape that supports nervous system regulation, emotional softening and energetic harmony. Her sound work forms the energetic foundation of the session.

Andrew — Life Force Activation & Intuitive Energy Practitioner

Andrew brings over eight years of training in energy work, breathwork and intuitive development, including:

Reiki Level 1 & 2

2 years Intuitive Energy Healer training with Wendy De Rosa

Breathwork Facilitator (trained with Johannes Egberts @ Breathless)

Life Force Activation Facilitator (trained in Bali — Kundalini Activation Institute, lineage of Venant Wong)

Light Body Practitioner (trained with Barbara Bloom, Mexico)

Currently training with Asil Toksal — Evolution One
