Yin Yoga and Sound Baths offer a number of physical, mental and emotional benefits. Yin Yoga promotes deep relaxation by encouraging muscles to release tension, enhancing flexibility by targeting connective tissues like ligaments and fascia. It also improves circulation, aiding in the healing process, and reduces stress by calming the nervous system. 

Sound Baths complement this by inducing profound relaxation through soothing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs. These sound frequencies promote better sleep, emotional healing, and balanced energy, helping to harmonize the body’s energy centres (chakras).

When combined, Yin Yoga and Sound Baths create a powerful synergy that prepares the body and mind for deep relaxation, amplifying the meditative experience.

An open mind and willingness to receive! All mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.

Investment: $70 plus booking fee

Cancellations

To receive a credit you must cancel within 24 hours of the event start date

If cancelling within the 24 hours you will forfeit your ticket. You may gift you ticket to someone else if you can't come.

In the event that LAND Yoga needs to cancel the event a full refund will be given.
