Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in deep relaxation and healing with our weekly Sound Bath Meditation.

✨ What to Expect:
Let soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments wash over you. This 60-minute session is designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and restore your inner balance. All you need to do is lie down, breathe, and receive.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down.
All are welcome – no experience necessary. Space is limited, so arrive early to settle in.
