Meet at the day use area at 10AM - follow signage upon entering the park.
(There is a $3 entrance fee to Bogue Chitto State Park not included)
But First ...Yoga!

We will first connect to nature and ourselves with a gentle yoga practice
From here we will hike the 5.5 mile Gorge Run Trail and break for lunch on trail and a short meditation. (please plan to carry your own lunch/snacks/water)

Upon return to the day use area, we will finish the day with a nice yoga stretch and reflect on our experience!

Things to Note:
Minimum Age - 10 years old. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent that is also signed up
There is a $3 entrance fee to Bogue Chitto State Park not included.

Difficulty Level:

This is a full day event including yoga and hiking. While we will go at our own pace and this is not considered a "strenuous" trail, please be aware that the terrain includes natural obstacles such as tree roots, uneven soil, sand, and slight inclines. Please use your best discretion in assessing your own physical capabilities and personal limitations before joining.

Hiking shoes/hiking boots/comfortable walking shoes preferably with good traction - suitable for rugged terrain

**Important**
CANCELLATION POLICY
This event will take place weather permitting.
If for some reason the weather is not optimal, the event will be postponed to another date, and your reservation will be automatically transferred.
If rescheduling is not possible or the date change does not work for you, an account credit (gift card) will be issued for future use. The gift card can be used for future hikes & any Seek Up Yoga events. (NO REFUNDS)
Registration for this event will close 3 days prior to confirm attendance.
Instructions on what to bring and additional information will also be emailed closer to the scheduled date once the event is confirmed.
