Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening of the Al' Umma Art Walk at Porte Noire Farm

Join us for a powerful celebration of culture, community and creativity at the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of the Al' Umma Art Walk — a unique outdoor art museum nestled within the scenic trails of Porte Noire Farm and Gardens, a black owned urban small farm focused on healing the soil and feeding the soul.

What to Expect:

• Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to inaugurate the Al’ Umma Art Walk
• Outdoor Art Trail Walk (approx. 1.5 miles) featuring stunning works from local artists using a new canvas medium
• Bell Tangle Web Maze — a playful spider web maze for kids and the young at heart
• Hammock Chill Zone — unwind in one of 10 hammocks surrounded by nature and art
• A Juneteenth Celebration in honor of freedom, resilience, and creative expression
• Porte Chop Shop and Grill will be hosting a fundraiser selling the most delicious BBQ chicken and rib plates and other summertime vittles. Support Porte NOIRE Gardens, so we can keep these community events growing.

This is more than an art walk — it’s a tribute to cultural artistry, land stewardship, and creative liberation.
