With Love, 2025 • Vision Board Workshop

The new year can bring a sense of renewal, excitement, and energy—and with it, that familiar feeling of needing to do more, be more, have more. We become so focused on what's ahead, we lose sight of who we've become: forgetting about the challenges we faced, downplaying the joy we found, and skipping past the ways we grew.

This January, we're going to pause, take a breath together, and pay ourselves some much deserved respect. We're putting our own twist on creating vision boards. Instead of looking for what's next, our vision will be focused within.

We'll build clarity around the big moments in 2025 with reflection and journaling, and then pay respect to ourselves by acknowledging our unique journey—and the women we are today—through the creation of a vision board.

• Reflect on your major life events of 2025, bringing awareness to the moments that were most powerful
• Pay homage to your emotional, mental and spiritual growth with journaling worksheets
• Create a visual representation of your experience in 2025 to acknowledge and appreciate your unique journey

All materials to create a 16x20 vision board, including journaling worksheets, will be provided, and refreshments and snacks will be served.
