Nature Therapy offers a chance to:
*Reduce stress and enhance mental well-being 
*Slow down and connect deeply with the natural environment 
*Foster a sense of calm, presence, and renewal
 
This program is open to the general public, ages 15 and up, and encourages everyone to experience the quiet healing and inspiration that comes from connecting with the natural world. Whether seeking a moment of reflection, mental health support, or simply a pause from daily routines, participants leave with a renewed sense of balance and connection.
