She has become a rising presence in Louisville's local music scene through original recordings and live performances and opened for well known artists such as Louisville's own My Morning Jacket at the Louisville Palace as well as their One Big Holiday festival, and recently opened up shows in support of Tyler Ramsey's and Carl Broemel's Celestun tour!Ellie Ruth is another Louisville based singer-songwriter and violinist who has become one of the most respected young musicians in Louisville's contemporary roots and indie-folk scene. Growing up in Kentucky and performing with the Louisville Youth Orchestra, Ellie is classically trained and has immersed herself in Kentucky bluegrass and Appalachian fiddle influences with modern Americana sound.ADMISSION: $15 (Tickets must be purchased in advance to secure a spot.
