Guided by Susan Rabe of the Conservancy, participants will start in the Welcome Center and then move at a relaxed pace through the  Healing Garden, experiencing the restorative power of nature through mindful observation, sensory awareness, and simple therapeutic exercises.

Nature Therapy offers a chance to:

Foster a sense of calm, presence, and renewal
 
This program is open to the general public, ages 15 and up, and encourages everyone to experience the quiet healing and inspiration that comes from connecting with the natural world.
