Join us for a special Spring Solstice workshop that begins with a candle making experience, followed by a candlelit gentle yoga flow as your candles cool. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, create something meaningful with your hands, and welcome the new season with intention, movement, and calm.

All supplies for candle making are included, and the yoga portion will be accessible and grounding for all levels.

This is a beautiful way to pause, reset, and step into spring feeling refreshed and centered. Space is limited so sign up in advance to reserve your spot through MindBody or impelpilates.com.
