Connect to land, elements & self in joyful, heart-centered community.About this EventCome together in community where sound becomes alchemy, our voices carries joyful expression and the rhythm of our hearts are amplified!We will start the day by casting the circle; opening sacred space & calling in the directions.Dropping in with a cacao and sound ceremony along with a guided meditation, setting the intention to connect in with our highest self.We will connect in with the energies of the land while honoring the 4 elements that are our🌎body🌊blood🌬️breath &🔥spirit!Raising our voices together in unity, bringing forth joy and expression in a co-creative way!Honoring our souls with the medicine of sound, drumming, yoga, song and dance!Songbird will guide some easy medicine songs to sing along with, while helping us shake stagnant energies out of our bodies and into the ethers!AJ will bring in some yoga using gentle poses on the ground, suitable for any body, with the intent of bridging the mind-body-spirit connection.We will be offing a nourishing meal to fuel your vessel and bring in some free time to connect in with each other!Ending our time together with a sharing circle and releasing of the directions in a similar fashion in which we started.
