Geboren 1995 in Blackpool, England, erbte Tom Gregory durch die CD-Sammlung seines Vaters früh die Liebe zur Musik - und begann schon als Teenager, eigene Songs in seinem Kinderzimmer zu schreiben. Erste Bühnenerfahrung sammelte er mit 17 bei „The Voice UK“, bevor er sich in der BBC-Serie „The A Word“ als Schauspieler ausprobierte. Doch schon bald zog es ihn zur Musik.
In Hamburg fand Gregory mit Kontor Records sein musikalisches Zuhause. Seine Debüt-Single „Run To You“ wurde 2017 zum Überraschungserfolg und zählt heute über 30 Millionen Streams. Nach dem Radiohit „Fingertips“ gelang ihm 2020 mit der VIZE-Kollaboration „Never Let Me Down“ der endgültige Durchbruch: Über 200 Millionen Streams sowie mehrfache Gold- und Platin-Auszeichnungen machten den Song zu einem der größten europäischen Pop-Erfolge des Jahres.
