But his work is singular, unique, and very personal. Anderson's work dwells heavily on themes of silence, memory, and forgetfulness; functioning as a direct line to the mind and its tenuous cache of memories. Drekka live performances are spontaneous and tailored to the evening, the audience, and the space. The performances utilise primarily live voice and cassette manipulation of recordings sourced from Drekka's archive.
