Die Ausstellung „Grönland – Not For Sale – Kalaallit Nunaat Forever“ eröffnet Einblicke in ein komplexes Land und seine Menschen. 

Gemeinsam mit einem Ebbe Volquardsen, Kulturanthropologe und einer der Experten rund um die geoplitischen Themen Grönlands, führt Franziska Nori, Direktorin des Frankfurter Kunstvereins, die Besucher:innen durch die Ausstellung. Im Dialog erläutern sie die Hintergründe der künstlerischen und filmischen Arbeiten sowie die zentralen Themen des Ausstellungsparcours und erweitern den Blick auf Grönlands Rolle im Spannungsfeld globaler Interessen.

Die Führung kostet 5 € zzgl. Eintritt. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht notwendig.

Greenland is at the center of global change. Climate change, geopolitical interests, colonial history, and the desire for cultural and political self-determination shape the country’s present. The exhibition “Greenland – Not For Sale – Kalaallit Nunaat Forever” offers insights into a complex country and its people.

Together with Ebbe Volquardsen, cultural anthropologist and one of the experts on Greenland’s geopolitical issues, Franziska Nori, Director of the Frankfurter Kunstverein, will guide visitors through the exhibition. In dialogue, they will explain the background of the artistic and filmic works, as well as the central themes of the exhibition parcours, and broaden the perspective on Greenland’s role within the field of tension of global interests.

The guided tour costs €5 plus admission. No registration is required. Please note that the tour will be held in German.
