- **Event Description**: Beat the winter blues with my Gouache mushroom painting workshop! In this workshop, participants will explore the bold and painterly qualities of gouache while creating mushroom paintings.



We’ll focus on: observing shapes, color variations, and textures found in fungi, and learn techniques such as layering, creating textures, and mixing colors. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, students will learn how to simplify complex forms, create depth, and build rich color palettes.



This class is suitable for beginners and experienced painters alike, and each participant will leave with a finished mushroom painting and greater confidence working in gouache. Teens and adults only.
