Wine & Cheeseburger Pairing Event at The Wine Thief
Join us for an unforgettable night that brings together two things we take very seriously: exceptional wine and beautifully crafted burgers. This four-course tasting menu explores how texture, fat, acidity, oak, and aromatics interact across some of the world’s great wine regions—each paired with a unique burger designed specifically for the glass in front of you.
The evening will be guided by Chef/Owner Matthew Griseta, who will walk guests through the flavor logic, pairing strategy, and the nuances behind each course.
