Haykin Family Cider crafts elegant, sparkling, wine-like ciders with no added sugar, flavors, or adjuncts, letting the fruit speak with precision and lift. They have achieved global acclaim by scoring best in glass gold across several categories at the 2025 GLINTCAP, as well as winning a Gold Medal at 2024's GABF. Many releases are single-varietal and treated with a white-winemaking sensibility—think fine bubbles, high-tone aromatics, and orchard-specific character rather than sweetness. The style lands closer to a blanc de noirs mindset—structure, texture, and red-fruit nuance expressed in a “white” frame—than to commercial, syrupy cider. Select bottlings even use traditional/pét-nat methods to capture natural sparkle and complexity. The result is dry to off-dry cider that drinks like serious sparkling wine and absolutely shines with food.
