"Your Tasting Brain: A Sensory Approach to Wine, Beer and Other Pleasures" is not a beer book, but covers all aspects of tasting, from physiology to psychology to chemistry as well as practical thoughts on how to make tasting more effective.

This presentation lays out many of the insights gathered from the science and experts in the field which help us appreciate our capabilities, improve our tasting skills and make us better brewers and cooks.

This is a FREE event!  And will include a beer, wine and cheese tasting, a mini lesson on pairing and a few surprises.

Randy will have books to sell and sign. This should be a fun and fascinating celebration for all of us who love food and drink!
