We’ll begin with a gentle yet powerful sound healing session enhanced with Reiki; using crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments to help you release tension, realign your energy, and drop into deep relaxation.
After your soul has been soothed, we’ll gather for a nourishing brunch, lovingly crafted with wholesome, high-vibe food to support your body. You’ll also have the chance to connect and chat with the Wholistic Wellness staff—our skilled healers, bodyworkers, and therapists—who will be available to answer questions, offer insight, and simply share in community with you.
This is more than a self-care event—it’s a sacred pause, a time to connect, reflect, and receive.
