Join Lara Hayes, somatic trauma resolution therapist, for an evening of embodiment, rhythm, and movement. This experience invites you into a guided movement meditation—where music becomes medicine and the body leads the way.
Through a carefully curated playlist and gentle somatic prompts, Lara will support you in exploring a physical, emotional, and spiritual “dance.” No choreography, no performance—just presence, permission, and listening to what wants to move.
Movement, music, and community come together to offer a full nervous system reset, deeper self-trust, and a felt sense of connection within yourself and with others.
