This 4 part meditation course with psychic/medium, Ken Boggle, will give you a solid foundation of why and how we can meditate along with offering different styles of meditation to find what best resonates with you. The end goal is learning how to find inner peace with a good meditation practice! Four month curriculum will look like this:
1. Basics to Meditation
2. Mantra Meditations
3. Mindfulness/Walking Meditations
4. Visual Meditations
Teachings will be held once a month at Earth Alchemy, always on a Saturday evening @ 4pm, lasting for approximately an hour.  4 Part Course. $30 per class.
