Our nervous systems influence how we experience stress, sleep, energy, emotions, and overall health. Through gentle movement, breathing exercises, and other somatic (body-based) practices, participants will learn simple techniques they can continue using long after the group ends.

No prior yoga or exercise experience is necessary. All activities are designed to be gentle, accessible, and adaptable to a variety of mobility levels.
