The Maddog Strong Foundation and the Frankfort Square Park District created the first living memorial to organ and tissue donors in the Chicago Southland: The Giving Trees at Island Prairie Park in Frankfort Square. The Giving Trees are individual trees dedicated to organ and tissue donors from various years.
