Children aren't the only ones learning to navigate big emotions—parents are, too.

The Emotional Explorers Parent Circle is a FREE 6-week group created to help parents and caregivers better understand emotions, strengthen their relationship with their child, and build practical skills they can use every day.

This group runs concurrently with the Emotional Explorers Club for children ages 8–10, allowing families to learn the same concepts together and continue practicing them at home.

Parents and caregivers will learn to:
💙 Better understand their child's emotional world
🗣️ Respond to big emotions with confidence and empathy
🤝 Strengthen communication and connection
🧠 Support healthy emotional regulation
🏡 Create a home environment that encourages emotional growth

Each week, you'll explore the same emotional themes your child is learning, giving your family a shared language and practical tools to navigate life's challenges together.
