Embrace Your Energy: Journey Through the Chakras
Your chakras are the energetic centers of your body — influencing your physical health, emotional state, and spiritual connection. When these energy points become blocked or overactive, you may feel fatigued, disconnected, anxious, or ungrounded. Chakra balancing helps to gently clear, align, and harmonize these centers, allowing energy to flow freely and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
In this 90-minute workshop, Reiki Master and Energy Healer Lindsay Landeen Summers will guide you through a powerful journey of self-healing. Together, we’ll explore each of the seven main chakras through:
💫 Breathwork to center and ground your energy
💫 Sound and vibration to awaken and clear energetic blockages
💫 Crystal alignment and color visualization to restore flow
💫 Pendulum work to test and rebalance your personal energy field
You’ll learn how to recognize signs of imbalance within your chakras, how to use crystals and affirmations to realign them, and how to perform simple balancing techniques for yourself — and even for the loved ones around you.
Each participant receives a take-home Chakra Balancing Kit that includes a pendulum and chakra stones, so you can continue your energy practice at home.
