Ham & Bean Dinner

These chilly temperatures have us thinking of hearty foods like ham and bean soup and warm cornbread!

So, we are holding a ham and bean soup dinner on Saturday, Feb. 28, in the fellowship hall! This dinner — which is open to the community — will feature ham and bean soup, cornbread, homemade desserts and your choice of tea, lemonade, or coffee.

There is no cost to attend the dinner, though a freewill offering will be collected for anyone wishing to donate to help support Week of Compassion's work around the world. Week of Compassion is the relief, refugee, and development mission fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and works with partners throughout the world to alleviate suffering caused by war, natural disasters, and other conflicts.
