Held at The Fortress Pavilion, this exclusive event begins with cocktails at 5:30 p.m., followed by a five-course Italian-inspired dinner at 6:00 p.m., thoughtfully crafted and presented by Zehnder’s own culinary team.

1st Course
Zuppa Di Pesce
Italian Fish Soup with Italian Tomatoes, Shitake Mushrooms, Vegetables, Cod, Shrimp, and Scallops
2nd Course
Italian Chopped Salad
Radicchio, Romaine, Genoa Salami, Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Chickpeas, Orange Segments, Oregano, Citrus Viniagrette
3rd Course
Creamy Crab Gnocchi
Lump Crab, Gnocchi, Sweet Corn, Maitake Mushrooms, Thyme, Brown Butter, White Wine
4th Course
Veal Saltimbocca
Veal Cutlet wrapped in Prosciutto and Sage, lightly pan fried and topped with a Lemon and White Wine Pan Sauce. Served with Risotto and charred Broccolini with Lemon.
5th Course
Italian Zuccotto
Amaretto-soaked Cake with Ricotta, Chocolate and Coffee filling. Covered in Coffee Whipped Cream and Toasted Almonds.
