Rooted in our “Little Bavaria” spirit, Chef Jason brings a festive flair to every plate—think seasonal ingredients, Old-World comfort, and modern craft. He’s known for crowd-pleasing pairings (yes, cheese lovers—he speaks fluent cheddar, brie, and blue), and for turning tastings into mini celebrations. Chef Jason is also an ACF Certified Executive Chef and a Level One Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, blending culinary mastery with refined wine and cheese pairing expertise. At Cheese Haus Palooza 2026, Chef Jason leads the fun with approachable tips, chef-driven flavors, and a welcoming style that feels like a toast with friends.
