- **Event Description**: Join us for a night of food, fun and mystery at our historic Inn! Our murder mystery dinner will be Co-Hosted by Karen Tatro, Spirit Medium on Thursday, April 16th 2026. This is a themed event where attendees can dress up to match pre-assigned characters, and work together to solve a fictitious murder which occurs during the party. The party guests not only have to investigate the murder, but they also become suspects. By the end of the party, guests must figure out who did it, how they did it, and why they did it. There will be clues that show that the murderer, and no one else at the party, has a motive and opportunity.

Tickets for the event are $75 and overnight stays are available for $275 to $325 (includes two tickets to the event.) Alcoholic and specialty beverages will be available for purchase. Soda and coffee will be free of charge.

Dinner will be preordered and will include light appetizers (TBD), our house salad and your choice of our Ravioli dish, Chicken dish or Ribeye ($10 upcharge.) We will send out an email for your choice the week of the event.

Arrival between 6:30 and 6:45

Event will begin at 7:00 and go until approximately 10:00.

Can you solve the Murder!! The neighborhood socialites have touted the Hatter’s Ball as the bash of the year! Mayor Riley White has organized the event in the famously known Blue Bear Inn.


She wanted a diversion from the scandals that have plagued the town in recent months. Of course, it’s no coincidence the ball is scheduled right before the upcoming
mayoral election. The mayor posted the invite list online, and your adversaries have already sent in their RSVPs.


You’re intrigued and have decided you cannot miss an opportune moment to seek revenge on those who have crossed you in the past. Now, you are on a hunt for the perfect hat. This is where your story begins.

Karen Tatro is a renowned medium in the New England area, hosting Paranormal & Spiritual events.

Ghost Diggers: Digging Relics & Talking to Spirits

Steve and Karen Tatro explore old cellar holes, historical properties, and the woods of New England. Steve is an avid metal detectorist and New Hampshire native who has spent most of his life in the woods hunting, fishing, and searching for the relics left behind at these sites.

Every property has a story, and those stories can be told through the items buried below the soil. We hope to share the stories of daily life from long ago and the spirits that may still reside on the land as we explore these historic New England cellar holes.
