Sound Bath with Singing Bowls

Join sound practitioner Chuck Matzker for a very special 60-minute sound-bathing meditation at Mystic Fitness.
In this gentle sound practice, we attune to the natural vibrations of the Earth and the quiet harmony within ourselves.
Sound is energy — and so are we.
Soundbathing was developed to deeply relax students while invigorating our most profound emotional and creative elements. Singing-bowl frequencies can help remove feelings of tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety and depression, while increasing
inner peace and balance in the body and mind.
All-levels. No experience necessary.
Unheated but room may be warm.
60 minutes.
Please bring a pillow and a blanket.
