- **Event Description**: Guided by a physical therapist specializing in chronic pain, hypermobility and performing arts, we will use a gentle approach to finding greater ease of movement.

We’ll start with some body awareness exercises to focus our attention and let go of muscle tension, followed by a series of mobility exercises including gentle stretching.

Exercises will be presented on the floor, but all can be done seated in a chair. Modifications encouraged!
