For the first time ever, Nepenthe SUP is bringing our Basic Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Class to Lakefront Park in downtown Fox Lake! Until now, we've only offered Beach Yoga at this beautiful location, so I'm beyond excited to expand our classes and get more people out on the water.

Join us immediately following Beach Yoga for this beginner-friendly lesson designed to help you build confidence and have fun on your paddleboard.

In this class you'll learn:
Proper paddle technique
How to safely stand up and balance
Turning and maneuvering your board
Water safety and paddleboarding basics
Tips to make paddling easier and more enjoyable

No experience is necessary! Whether you've always wanted to try paddleboarding or you're looking to build a strong foundation before joining one of our SUP Yoga or Fun SUP adventures, this is the perfect place to start.

All equipment is included, and class sizes are intentionally kept small so everyone receives personalized instruction.
