Join us for a full-day Women’s Defense Seminar designed to build confidence, practical skills, and personal empowerment—no prior experience required.
The morning session will focus on jiu-jitsu–based self-defense, emphasizing real-world techniques for awareness, control, and personal safety.
Instruction will be led by John Parson, a 1st-degree black belt and the head coach and founder of Bushido Jiu-Jitsu in Zionsville, alongside Rebecca Sharples, an experienced brown belt. Together, they will guide participants through approachable, effective techniques suitable for all fitness and experience levels.
In the afternoon, the seminar transitions to the shooting range, where participants will receive professional firearms instruction centered on safety, fundamentals, and responsible handling. This portion is taught by Cassie Leuck, a certified firearms instructor with over a decade of law enforcement and instructional experience. Cassie also holds a blue belt in jiu-jitsu, bringing a unique, well-rounded perspective to personal defense.
This seminar is ideal for women looking to gain practical, real-world self-defense skills in a supportive and professional environment.
