Śavasana: Yogic Death for Immortality

💤 We all love Śavāsana as the yogi nap at the end of class, 😴 but did you know napping is not the point? 🤔 In this one-of-a-kind workshop we will explore how mythology, classical references, and other concepts of yoga intertwine beautifully to give this posture new life! 🙌 😴

💤 We will break down āsana or our poses with a practice designed to enhance our ability to rest deeply 😴 and end with an extended śavāsana designed to give you a powerful feel for its fullest potential. 🙌 😴

💤 Come learn why as sādhakas (students of yoga) we practice dying at the end of each class and how this practice can lead us to immortality. 🙌 😴
