The Mountain to Fountain 15K & 5K is one of Arizona’s most iconic spring road races — a scenic, net-downhill journey through the Sonoran Desert that finishes at the World Famous Fountain in Fountain Hills.

The 15K course starts inside McDowell Mountain Regional Park, offering wide-open desert views, fast paved roads, and a gradual downhill profile ideal for PRs. The 5K route brings the same Fountain Hills energy in a shorter format perfect for runners of all levels.
