- **Event Description**: Every Summer Solstice, we stand and greet the sun as it enters the Great Stone Circle at sunrise. You are invited to join us as we recognize the passing of the seasons from Spring to Summer in this auspicious and sacred stone place. Join us to witness the first sunrise of Summer!

We will gather at 5:00 am in the Great Stone Circle in time to witness the rising of the sun – actual sunrise is at 5:23am but it is usually 5:30 before it visible in the stone circle. 

COST: admission to Kinstone ($10/person for the day); No Registration Required. Bring your $10 admission in cash with you and get your hand stamped.

Date: Sunday, June 21, 2026  Time: 5:00am – 6:30am

Cancellation will occur in case of RAIN. Cancellations will be posted ONLY on THIS event page and on our corresponding website event page no sooner than 4 hours and no later than 1 hour before the scheduled start time for this event. 

NOTE: If this event is cancelled due to weather, we will try again on the  following morning (Sunday, June 22) at the same time – assuming the weather has improved.
