Namaste & Rose

Join us for a relaxing yoga & wine night flow. This class is perfect to bring your bestie or partner and enjoy a fun evening of wine and beginners' yoga. During our beginners' flow, we will causally sip on our wine to enhance the practice & our balance skills.

This class cost $8 per person for this special yoga event. With your class we will provide the wine, essential oils, candles, and the perfect atmosphere for relaxing & fun! Feel free to bring your own favorite wine to share.
