Sip something festive, relax and listen to Christmas carols with a jazz twist
Director of Music Dr. Debra Shearer-Dirié will conduct ChoirWorks in a reprise of this very popular concert program, accompanied by jazz ensemble featuring Kelsey Giarola as vocalist.
The program is based around Will Todd’s suite of jazz arrangements titled Christmas in Blue, including:
God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen; Silent Night
O Come All Ye Faithful; A Boy Was Born
Hark, The Herald Angels Sing; We Three Kings
Away in a Manger; Once in Royal David’s City
Personnent Hodie; I Saw Three Ships
