Tarot-guided Meditation Class

Ready to relax and unwind? Ready to learn how to tackle your stress? Come to our guided meditation class this summer at Hemlock Haus. In each class, we will take you through a tarot-focused guided meditation, along with Reiki and evidence-based, scientific stress reduction techniques. It’s woo-woo meets peer-reviewed!

About the practitioners:

Talia (the PhD Pisces Rising) is a psychology PhD student who uses her knowledge of psychology and stress to bring you a well-rounded, guided meditation service that will have you refreshed and recharged for the week.

Helena, owner of Life Light Healing, is a Reiki master and teacher, and co-owner of Hemlock Haus.
