STAY Steady 1st Friday Free Fall Risk Assessments

1 out of 4 older adults fall every year, and falls is the leading cause of injury for senior citizens. Most falls are actually preventable, and knowing your risk factors is one of the best ways to prevent future falls. We conduct formal clinical assessments that will test your balance, strength, and coordination.
