Show Out Showcase – UnderSide Records

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for tickets and participation fees for the Show Out Showcase and other events hosted by UnderSide Records. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and respectful of our guests and artists.

1. Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are generally final. However, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.

Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 48 hours of purchase and no less than 72 hours before the event start time. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees.

After this period, tickets are non-refundable, but may be eligible for:

• Event credit toward a future UnderSide Records event (at our discretion)
• Transfer to another guest if approved by event staff

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If UnderSide Records cancels the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price (excluding third-party processing fees where applicable).

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement.

3. Performer Slot & Showcase Fees

Payments made for performer slots, showcase participation, or promotional packages are non-refundable once confirmed, as these slots require advance planning and marketing.

In special circumstances, a credit toward a future event may be offered at the discretion of UnderSide Records.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via:

• Subject Line: "Refund Request – Show Out Showcase"

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for the request.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage patrons to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of service for future events.

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket or registering for participation, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
