You'll be amazed when you realize that flour, butter, water or milk, and eggs can be transformed into everything from appetizers to desserts. In today's class, we'll focus on a main course (Parisien gnocchi) and two desserts: a baked puff filled with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream and garnished with chocolate; and crisp, light, and as-cute-as-can-be baked puffs filled with pastry cream and topped with a crisp cookie-like dough. You'll enjoy your gnocchi and profiteroles at the end of class and take a selection of choux au craquelin with you to share with family and friends. For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
