This beginner-friendly sourdough class breaks everything down in a laidback, hands-on way. You’ll learn how sourdough actually works, how to care for your starter, and how to mix, fold, and ferment your own dough. We’ll walk through how to form your loaf step-by-step, answer all your questions, and enjoy a delicious sourdough tasting together.
You’ll leave with all the tools and materials you need to keep baking at home PLUS your own dough ready to bake! All you need to bring is an apron!

Some workshops may involve heat, sharp tools, or other specialty materials, so participants must be 18 or older unless the class notes otherwise.
Classes have limited availability. If a session is full, you can join the waitlist, but openings are not guaranteed.
Tickets cannot be refunded or canceled. If you’re unable to attend, please reach out to arrange a make-up class on a future date.
