In this hands-on, intensive five-hour workshop, Brandon will guide you through every step of the sourdough process, from creating and maintaining a healthy starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a beautiful artisan loaf.Throughout the workshop, you'll work hands-on with dough while learning the methods and best practices used by professional artisan bakers.
