08:00 AM - Meet at the base of Ben Nevis

08:30 AM - Safety briefing and kit check

09:00 AM - Begin the ascent

13:00 PM - Reach the summit and enjoy lunch

14:00 PM - Start the descent

17:30 PM - Return to the base

Sturdy hiking boots

Weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended)

Waterproof jacket and trousers

Backpack (30-40L recommended)

Water (at least 2 litres)
