The first 45 minutes — gentle, therapeutic movement with Claudia. Joint-freeing practices, somatic exploration, breath-led transitions. The kind of yoga that lets your shoulders drop before you know it's happening. Movements designed to soften long-held tension and prepare your body to receive.

The second 45 minutes — sound, with Joe. Breath, tone, vibration, space. Sound waves rippling through body and mind. The thinking mind given permission to step back. A cocoon of sound where visions, insights, and a sense of luminous clarity tend to arise.

Together, the two halves form one arc: movement into stillness, body into spaciousness, doing into being. The full moon does the rest.

You can lie on your mat. You can sit on a chair. You can snuggle into a blanket and not move for the whole second half.
 
Every body, every age, every ability is welcome — props on hand if you need them, and we'll meet you where you are.
