James Wolford was born in Middletown, Ohio on October 1, 1952. He studied physics at Miami University from 1971 to 1975 graduating with a BS. Later he studied electrical engineering at the Ohio State University graduating with an MSEE specializing in RF Engineering. From 1978 to 1988 he designed TV tuners and remote-control circuitry for RCA Consumer Electronics. At Zenith Electronics Corporation in Chicago, he designed digital TV tuners that were for the first time compatible with high-definition TV (HDTV) signals. During the mid-1990’s Mr. Wolford became interested in the UFO phenomenon and reviewed many books, videos and first-run movies involving this subject. Since about 1968 he has been an amateur astronomer and amateur radio hobbyist. In 2011 he joined MUFON International and became a certified field investigator working for State Director Sam Maranto in the Illinois local chapter of the organization. In 2018 Mr. Wolford moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and started working for State Director Jeremy Efroymson eventually becoming Chief Investigator. When Mr. Efroymson resigned in January of 2021, Wolford was tapped to become the next Indiana State Director. Since starting his duties Mr. Wolford has attempted to align case dispositions with realistic expectations for the percentage of Unknowns and has requested that witness narratives, as much as possible, be backed up with physical and photographic evidence. Much older cases often had Unknown percentages over 70% but this probably should have been 35% or less. Currently Indiana MUFON is doing the sighting portion of many experiencer/abductee cases while the Experiencer Resource Team (ERT) is handling the personal and sensitive part of these events.

John Street. Assistant State Director Certified Field Investigator level 3 and ERT member for MUFON in Indiana. As a level 3 field investigator he is certified to work UFO landings alien abductions cattle Mutilations and Crop Circles for MUFON. As an ERT member which is Experiencer Resource Team he investigates cases of possible Alien Abductions or any other Alien contact to humans. He has been with MUFON for about 5 years and have worked about 140 UFO cases as well as about 40 ERT cases. He is a retired Ford Motor Company Maintenance technician and have also worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Louisville KY. 

Darrell L. Collins is a seasoned technical expert, aviator, and investigator with a multifaceted career spanning military service, electronics, commercial aviation and water systems. He began in the United States Air Force, where he studied Heavy Aircraft Maintenance and maintained KC-135 aircraft for critical refueling operations. His career continued at Alpine Electronics applying his background in Management, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, which was followed by a role with FedEx, working on MD-11, A300, and 727 aircraft, Darrell later concluded his professional career at Primo Water, specializing in commercial reverse osmosis systems.

A licensed pilot for 47 years and a lifelong student of the UFO phenomenon, Darrell now serves as the Chief Investigator for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) in the state of Indiana, where he combines his aviation experience and analytical skills to explore and document aerial anomalies. His life and work reflect a steadfast commitment to precision, discovery, and scientific curiosity.

They will be speaking about how cases are investigated and how reports are generated and assigned. They will also discuss some of Indiana's most interesting cases as well as tips on what to do if you see something that you can't explain and how to report it.
