About Your Guide
Joe Brothers | Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapy
Joe Brothers knows what it means to find healing when you weren't looking for it.
A lifelong maker with roots in manufacturing, Joe came to Pranayoga about three years ago through the doorway of Ayurveda and yoga. His first sound bath stopped him in his tracks. What he felt in that room — the way vibration moved through the body, quieted the mind, and settled something deep — became a calling he couldn't ignore.
He went on to complete Sound Massage training at the Center of Sound in St. Louis, and has since devoted himself to creating experiences that help others return to ease, presence, and restoration.
At home, he shares his days with a puppy named Rumi and a small flock of chickens — a life rooted in simplicity, care, and the kind of quiet that heals.
He brings all of that into the room with him.
