- 1st Course: Pato Sofrito Empanada with aji amarillo aioli & pomegranate chimichurri
- 2nd Course: Duck Breast with duck fat potato pave & blackberry duck demi
- 3rd Course: Smoked Duck Thigh Panang with duck thigh confit & coconut cream
- 4th Course: Duck Fat Baklava with Grand Marnier honey syrup & pistachio gelato
