Intro To Chakras

In this class you will learn about the main 7 chakras, please bring a notebook and pen for any notes you'd like to take :)

Erin will go over how to tell if your chakras are imbalanced and different ways to clear them and each of you will use a piece of selenite (available to purchase for $1) while breathing through your energy centers to cleanse and clear any blockages you find.

Cost: $5 per person
You're welcome to bring any crystals you'd like to work with
Children 7 and up welcome unless they're able to meditate then any age welcome
